Coronavirus information & HAWD as of 7/13/20
Good day valued customers,
In April the governor of Tennessee enforced all non-essential business to close initially for two weeks. All production at Hide-A-Way Doors, in compliance with the governor's orders, had stopped. Sales during this time skyrocketed putting us behind on production. When we returned the team worked long hours and weekends to catch back up but soon realized that our supply chains have been affected greatly by the virus; much of them coming out of New York & California.
June of this year the company purchased a larger facility and started to move all of our equipment & operations to the new location at 325 S Sugar Hollow Rd - in Morristown, Tennessee. We had spent the better of two weeks down setting up the equipment and getting the operations back online. Despite our best efforts, we have had to extend our current lead-time by two weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time as we continue to work long hours in efforts to minimize lengthy delays.
