Damage Claim Report

We regret that you have had shipping-related damages. We know that you have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of your hidden door and how frustrating it is when it is delivered with damages. We are here to help you resolve it as quickly as possible. Filing shipping damages and dealing with freight claims can be frustrating, so we will take it up with the freight company on your behalf. Freight companies are third-party entities, HAWD does not guarantee their services. 

 

Disclaimer: The freight companies have a strict protocol which is outlined in an email we sent to you with your shipping notification. While we will do everything we can to make the process as easy as possible, Hide-A-Way Doors is not monetarily liable for any denied claims under any circumstances.  The most common reason for denial: Damage Claim was not filed in the properly allotted timeframe.

Important: All claims must be reported to Hide-A-Way Doors within 5 business days after receiving the products. Claims after 5 business days will not be accepted, no exceptions.
