Importance Level

1. You should have received an order confirmation in the email you used on your order form (check spam folder)

 

2. The credit card processing companies we use are: WePay, PayPal, and Payanywhere

     a. your credit card statement will reflect one of these companies- any questions please call us

 

3. Remember your order number when communicating with us (helps us locate your order in our system faster)

 

4. We will review your order to make sure there are no mistakes within one to two business days

5. You will receive another notice from the online store "Processing" which means we went over your order & sent it to the shop

 

6. Order status updates are by request only by going to our website, click "About" then "Order Status"

 

7. Installation manuals and links to our install videos can be found on our resource page

 

8. You will be notified twice when your order ships, once by the online software and another from us directly that contains

important shipping and tracking information 

 

9. The freight company will contact you to set up a delivery timeframe (usually a day or two after your order ships)
