Question: Has your building or remodeling project timeline advanced since you ordered your door and now you need it faster to stay on target? While we hope that you allowed enough time when placing your original order, we also understand that things happen, and we are here to help. 

While we try our best to stick to advertised lead times, manufacturing production timeframes can fluctuate and be a bit unpredictable, therefore, they cannot be guaranteed. 

Question: Why do I have to pay extra to rush my order? 

Answer: Due to the popularity of our products, we typically have about 150-200 orders in various stages of completion throughout the facility; each unit is processed and constructed in the order it was placed. Pushing newer orders ahead of older orders isn't ethical and prolongs our lead times, the extra cost of placing a rush pays for employees' overtime when managing rush orders. 

Rush Guarantee Exceptions: Weekends and holidays. Special orders, custom orders, or orders that include one way mirror are not included in the guarantee and will ship at the nearest possible date when adding a rush.

  • Option #1: On or before (7) Day production rush after the fact (NO FINISH PAINTING OR STAINING) $895.00
  • Option #2: On or before (14) Day production rush after the fact (NO FINISH PAINTING OR STAINING) $695.00
  • Option #3: On or before (21) Day production rush after the fact (FINISH OPTIONAL) $495.00
  • Add expedited shipping: $195.00 (guaranteed 5 days or less weather permitting for Eastern United States, guaranteed 10 Days or less for Western United States) For a more accurate estimate based on your zip code please email joe@hideawaydoors.com

*Expedited shipping is calculated at curbside. In the event that you live on a street that is not accessible to freight trucks, you may have to schedule a pick-up at the nearest business. It is at the sole discretion of the freight company to turn down a delivery to any residence due to inaccessibility. The freight company will not refund a delivery for hard to reach areas.

  • Finished (stained/ painted) 6-8 weeks
  • Cannot guarantee production schedule will match installers
  • Rush options available at checkout and is guaranteed within their timeframe minus weekends and holidays. Custom add on features such as One Way Mirror adds 10-14 days
